TERMS OF SERVICE

By submitting a commission request, you agree that you have read and accepted all of these terms.

I reserve the right to refuse any request that I am uncomfortable with or that I believe I don’t have the skills to complete.

By commissioning me, you are paying for a digital artwork (nothing will be sent physically).

An image reference of your character is required (ex: photo, art piece, character sheet, Roblox avatar, 3d model, etc.). I will not draw from text description only.

All prices are in USD, and I only accept payments through PayPal.

After I have confirmed your commission, I will send you a PayPal invoice.

I will only begin working after I receive your full upfront payment.

NO CHARGEBACKS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.

No refunds are allowed after I begin the sketch. However, If I’m unable to finish your commission for any personal reason, I will refund you the full amount.

All prices are subject to complexity fees (ex: characters with lots of chains, feathers, jewelry, etc.). This will be discussed through email before I send you the invoice.

If you have a tight deadline (any time less than 2 weeks from the order date), a rush fee will be applied (+25-50% of the total price after add-ons).

The final piece will be delivered approximately 2-6 weeks from order date, depending on my schedule and the complexity of your piece.

The final artwork will be emailed to you via Google Drive.

Up to 2 major changes (clothing, pose, composition, etc.) can be made in the sketch phase. Up to 2-3 minor changes are allowed after that. (ex: color, add small accessory).

I will update you with a work in progress image every time I reach a new stage (sketch, color, and final).

If you want to make several minor changes, please let me know all the changes you want me to make in ONE reply (to reduce back and forth and response times).

It is your responsibility to respond to checkpoints and messages within 2 days. If I don’t receive any feedback within 2 days, I will assume you are satisfied with the progress and continue on to the next stage.

Regarding your commission, I only communicate via email.

As the artist, I have the rights to post your commission on my socials and include it in my portfolio.

After delivering the final artwork to you, I will no longer profit from your piece.

I reserve the right to sign my own work. You will receive a high-resolution copy of the final piece, but my signature will remain.

You are not allowed to remove my signature or claim my art as your own.

You are not allowed to use my artwork in monetized content or sell my artwork unless the corresponding copyright fees have been paid (see table below). Credits are mandatory and must be visible for Standard and Basic copyright tiers.

DO NOT alter, add to, or repurpose the illustration.

I DO NOT allow my work to be used for AI training or NFT purposes of ANY form.
